Marketing Communications Executive

Responsibilities included:

  • Ideate, develop and implement marketing activations that are in line with the company goals and objectives

  • Creation of decks to support brand development projects

  • Develop marketing and communications materials including writing of press releases, EDM, marketing campaign collaterals etc

  • Manage the brands' social media, customer enquiries and feedback

  • Assist in managing customer relationship management and loyalty program

  • Update the brands’ communication channels as needed

  • Track and create reports of marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Support in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, business development

  • Possess strong language ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator 

  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and deliver high quality work to deadlines

  • Positive attitude, keen learner with a growth mindset
